These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, products, and services of AMexclusive.

By using our website and/or services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Products and services

AMexclusive offers car-related products and services, including but not limited to dashcams, ambient lighting, and starlights, including installation.

We do our best to display products as accurately as possible. Minor deviations in color, design, or specifications are possible.

3. Installation and work

Installation of products by AMexclusive takes place by appointment.

  Work will be carried out to the best of our knowledge and expertise
  
• 
  The customer is responsible for timely and correct delivery of the vehicle
  
• 
  Additional work outside the agreed assignment may incur extra costs
  

AMexclusive is not liable for existing damage to the vehicle.

4. Liability

AMexclusive is not liable for:

• 
  Damage due to incorrect use of products
  
• 
  Damage due to installation by third parties
  
• 
  Indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of data
  

For work on vehicles:

• 
  All work is carried out at the customer's own risk
  
• 
  AMexclusive is not liable for malfunctions, error messages, or electronic problems that arise during or after installation, unless there is gross negligence
  

Liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the purchase or service.

5. Warranty

We offer a warranty on our products, unless stated otherwise.

Warranty expires with:

  Improper use
  
• 
  External damage
  
• 
  Modifications by third parties
  
• 
  Normal wear and tear
  

For warranty claims, the customer must contact AMexclusive.

6. Orders and payments

Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.

AMexclusive reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.

7. Delivery

We aim for fast delivery.

Delivery times are indicative and no rights can be derived from them.

AMexclusive is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

8. Returns

Returns are possible within the legal term, provided that:

  Product is unused and in original condition
  
• 
  Returned in original packaging
  

The following products/services are excluded from return:

  Installed products
  
• 
  Custom-made products
  
• 
  Services (such as installations)
  

9. Appointments and cancellation

For installation by appointment:

  The customer must be present on time
  
• 
  Cancellations must be reported promptly
  

In case of no-show or late cancellation, AMexclusive reserves the right to charge costs.

10. Force majeure

AMexclusive is not liable for non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure, including malfunctions, transport problems, or external circumstances.

11. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
